The programme

The final evaluation of the public-private partnership "Training digital skills – fostering employment, Innovation Third Places – Orange Digital Center", a four-year programme (2020-2023) on digital skills and employment run with the Orange Foundation. The evaluation analysed the results over the whole programme, drew the lessons learned, studied sustainability and proposed options for future collaboration.

What we did

In a consortium led by SCIO Network, kaikai designed the methodology, coordinated the evaluations on site (Senegal, Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire) and remotely (Cameroon, Madagascar, Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia), and ran an online survey of 2,000 respondents.

Methods: OECD/DAC criteria and GIZ’s Capacity WORKS success factors. Tools: KoboToolbox, ChatGPT for the qualitative analysis, Metabase.
