What we did
We trained 6 Djolof Assur staff, from underwriting, claims and sales, to use the Claude AI assistant on their own work: drafting letters, pricing property and casualty cover.
The course ran over three sessions, on 31 August, 8 September and 29 September 2026: discovering Claude and setting up a shared workspace, building a knowledge base and "skills" for repetitive tasks, then measuring the gains after three weeks of real use. A logbook supported the team throughout, followed by an autonomy review.
Results
kaikai’s first Quick Win reference with a private company. The client confirmed on 6 October 2026 that the work had been completed to its satisfaction.
