The digital transformation of the healthcare sector involves the commitment of stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. Some players are responsible for ensuring compliance with norms and standards, while others are vendors of software, equipment and services with whom governments are called upon to negotiate for rates better suited to the socio-economic context.
