The challenge
A full audit of business processes and a digitalisation strategy for a rural management centre, followed by support with implementation and an evaluation. The mission covered an umbrella body and three autonomous regional centres (Walo, Fouta, Matam), with several outside partners (GIZ, SAED).
What we did
As the consortium’s digital partner, kaikai carried out the baseline study, the in-depth digital diagnosis and the process audit, then delivered an action plan and a costed digitalisation strategy.
kaikai also supported the recruitment of a head of information systems, rolled out Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, email) through TechSoup, set up continuous monitoring and evaluation, and ran the final evaluation (surveys, quantitative and qualitative data).
Results
A certificate from CGER Vallée, praising kaikai’s professionalism, methodological rigour and adaptability.
