Description of the topic :
Discussion of tools and approached used to support surveillance of antimicrobial resistance in one health sectors. The use cases to be discussed include Digitalising AMR surveillance data in each of the human and animal sectors; Transmission of data from each surveillance site to a central/national repository; Integrating all such data from human and animal sectors into a single DHIS2 platform; and Development of integrated analysis and visualisation of AMR surveillance data in a One Health view.
