What we did
As prime contractor for GIZ headquarters, kaikai designed and ran a year-long capacity-building programme in One Health Analytics, on site in Rwanda and remotely from Senegal.
We selected the participants through a public call, designed the methodology and the curriculum, coordinated a team of 3 trainers and 8 volunteer mentors, and handled the participants’ logistics. The programme follows each cohort before, during and after the training, with matrix mentoring.
Tools: KoboToolbox for data collection, Metabase for the monitoring dashboard, Miro for co-creation workshops.
